BY ACTORS FOR ACTORS
"Practice isn't the thing you do when you get good. I't's the thing you do that makes you good." Malcolm Gladwell.
Acting Practice is a weekly, drop in scene study workshop for professional actors in London.
Run by actors for actors we are passionate about making work that is detailed and compelling to watch.
Our workshops offer career actors the space to develope their craft with like minded people and stay ready to meet the challenges of our industry.
HOW IT WORKS
Acting is doing. So that is what we focus
on at Acting Practice. What is the character doing throughout scene and how can we as the actors best play the actions that the writer has given us - SIMPLE RIGHT?
You'll be sent a scene to prepare in advance then once you're up in the space you'll work with your partner and the facilitator to bring as much detail and life into the scene as possible.
We work in a very specific and detailed manner and ask that you come with open mind and commit to the work.
Workshops run Wednesdays 12pm-3pm and 6pm-9pm.
We offer a limited number of spaces per session so be sure to book in advance!
